Very unprofessional. Rude . Horrible bedside manner. He loudly gossips about his patients . I would NEVER recommend this man to anyone . His treatment borders on neglect and it is deliberate

Worst doctor visit I have ever encounter.. He was rude and didn’t even know what my visit was for despite the fact he was the one who scheduled it. I don’t recommend this doctor to anybody looking for a professional doctor

He rarely looks at me. He spends more time looking at the computer screen than at me. However, he did step out and get me a cup of water that I was waiting for 2 separate nurses to bring to help me get stuck by the lab tech for blood work. Btw, that lab tech tried once to get blood before sending me to the waiting room to get myself some water. This after being on the phone for 45 minutes making an appt for blood work and trying to get enough of my thyroid meds to last until my appt the next week. I was hung up on 3 times before someone finally said just come in now. I got to the office in 20 minutes, waited 1 hr and 10 minutes to be called back. Finally got my prescriptions sent in to pharmacy. Only to receive a text before I could get to the pharmacy that my very common thyroid med would be ready 3 days. I gave up at that point and went without meds until they were ready. I had talked to the pharmacy previously to try to get enough of my meds to last until appt.

Dr. Kelvin and the staff that represents him refused to let me see an urgent care specialist when I was sick. His office was closing when I got off work and my insurance required a referral. All he had to do was give me permission to see the urgent care doctor. Because he didn't I had to pay $145.00 out of pocket on top of the $280 premium I pay every month so I can see a doctor when I'm sick. I was treated very rudely by his staff who showed no regard for my need for medical care.
