Caring, concerned doctor
Very caring, very concerned, diagnosed with cancer and wasted no time securing another physician to treat this specific disease. Did not hesitate to find the correct specialist and enlist their help immmediately.

Dr. Jones is exceptional! I cannot recommend her enough! Getting pregnant with a history of stroke and PFO was difficult for me. I was blessed to find a doctor who is knowledgeable, kind, caring, funny, straight to the point. I had my first appointment at 3 months pregnant. Going through the entire pregnancy with high blood clotting levels was even scarier but I want to thank Dr. Jones for taking care of me and making me feel that my life and my baby’s life is important. The care that she gave me during this time I will carry in my heart. Her heart and professionalism as a doctor is what all women need in moments as special as pregnancy.

Make your own opinion.
These reviews are crazy. My first Visit with Dr. Jones, she was very clear that she tends to run behind, and if that wasn't ok then she wasn't the right Dr. for me. I stuck with her because I appreciated the honesty. She runs behind because she doesn't jump in and out. when I didn't ask questions she asked me leading questions. she was super clear but straight to the point which I absolutely loved. I had a rough twin pregnancy and she allowed me to work until she decided no more. if you can deal with her being behind ( its just how it is) I highly recommend her. if you don't want to hear the truth and need to be coddled she is NOT the Dr. for you.

No bedside manners
After seeing doctor Jones for about 6 months now, I finally am fed up enough to write a review. I never write reviews but I feel that first time pregnant woman like myself should be made aware of doctor jones and her practices. She is not helpful with any questions I have asked her she kind of makes me feel stupid for asking questions (this is my first pregnancy), makes me feel like she is rushing me out the room, and I waited at LEAST 45 minutes EVERY time I arrived to an appointment with her. She does not have bedside manners, I would not recommend her to anyone. I tried to look past the bad reviews when scheduling with her but now I see why people rated so low

Horrible experience.
Waited hour & a half to see doctor. No one told me she was running late in office. Coutesy of staff was inconsiderate & without care. Brought blood tests & hormone results from another doctor..she didnt bother to even look at. Bedside manner is a 1. She doesnt listen, draws her own opinion & ignores anything you have to say.

My visit started on time. Dr. Jones was professional, to the point, polite, answered all of my questions, discussed my condition and made arrangements for me to have all of my health concerns addressed. I was very comfortable with her.

I was there for 3 hours before I was even seen. Once I did see her she was extremely bossy and didn't listen to me at all. I felt the appointment was very rushed.

My experience with Dr. Jones was not the best. During my initial appointment with her in 2019 she took the time to assess my overall medical history and discussed the next steps, but when I returned in 2020 for my annual Well Woman, she was short, curt, and did not even make eye contact with me. It only got worse when I needed a prescription refill (we discussed during my appt. with her) but she nor her assistant called in the prescription to the pharmacy. This matter ensued for over one week and then I had to escalate it to the Office Manager, which is who took the reigns and ordered my prescription. After Dr. Jones' terrible attitude and lack of care, I never made another appointment.

Worst Experience – Sep 15, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Jones?
I made this account solely because of how awful my experience with Dr. Jones was. I came to Dr. Jones looking for treatment for my genital warts and an infected injury that resulted from previous treatment. During examination, Dr. Jones said I didn't have warts. I pointed out what I thought was a wart to her and she said it wasn't a wart (my new doctor confirmed it was!). I said it looked exactly like a wart I had before and she angrily/suddenly pulled my cover down from my legs and took off her gloves. She was done with the examination. I was shocked. She told me there was nothing she could do about my injury. I was holding back tears at that point because my injury was so painful and I felt like I was never going to get help. I apologized for tearing up and getting emotional and she responded by ripping into me, essentially telling me I should be more respectful, she went to medical school, and she knows better. I've never had a doctor so demeaning and uncaring as Dr. Jones.

She was my dr 4 years ago when having my 3rd. She was rude and indifferent towards me. Was not compassionate about the fact that my husband was out of state with military. Treated me like I didn't know anything even though I have 2 other children. Did not catch the fact that my baby was not measuring at 28 weeks an onward. It was evident she just didn't care. She ended up delivering my baby and is just not someone I'd ever want to have as an o.b. or friend.

She has a very negative attitude and speaks to you like you are stupid. When she speaks to you it sounds like she is reading from a script. She unfortunately was my OB. I have a total of 5 kids and she was my worst delivery experience with my last child. She waited too long to give me a c-section. Because she waited too long it became an emergency. My baby was already in my birth canal and I was dilated to 10 cm. My baby got stuck and they had to push him up through my vag and pull him at the s

Dr. Jones was great! She was able to figure out my issues and gave me a solution. Where other doctors just wanted to dismiss it as early menopause. She is does not sugar coat things. She tells you just as it is. I like that.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. I have never met anyone so completely unprofessional in my life. Dr. Jones has absolutely zero beside manner, and displays a complete lack of integrity by openly lying to patients, and throwing a temper tantrum when she is called out for it. She also displays a lack of knowledge in her organizational policies. There are not enough characters in this review to cover every aspect of my interaction with Dr. Jones. I may leave 2 reviews to cover it all.

I would not recommend Dr. Jones to friends and family. Overall, I felt like she could have been more empathetic toward my concerns during the pregnancy. In the end, she left my hospital while I was in active labor, the nurses had instruction from her to have me labor down until she came back. I ended up in active labor for 4 hours "laboring down" and spent a week in the NICU for an infection received during labor. 22 hours total, when she said 18 hours would see infection setting in.

I had Dr. Jones for my pregnancy with my son in 2015. She is by far the best doctor I could have chosen and I wish I had the opportunity to have had her for my past births as well! To start, she is thorough, she makes sure that if you have *any* questions at all, they are answered in depth. She is also one of the few doctors that I have had that wanted to make sure my birth experience was what I hoped for as best she could. I tell anyone looking for an ob/gyn to go to her. AMAZING doctor!

I saw her as a surrogate mother and it was not the best experience. I had an "emergency" c-section with twins, and the option on natural birth was dismissed. The experience was horrible and bed side manor was basically suck it up. She showed no feeling of remorse or care. It was a horrible experience I will never go to this place again.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, not even my worst enemies. She does not write clearance letters for anyone, which is ridiculous for a doctor to not do so. If I needed anything from her it was like pulling teeth. If you are a SURROGATE, do not use her!!

Dr. Jones was very dismissive of nearly every question I had for her. I felt my questions were valid and my husband and I left with no real solution. I feel Dr. Jones was eager to move on.. Therefore, I will move on as well. BEDSIDE MANNER IS A GREAT SKILL.
