Wonderful physician
Dr Kay is always responsive and takes the time to listen to me. The staff is equally helpful and always pleasant and cheerful. I have been a patient for several years and the professionalism is consistent.

Dr. Kay has been my primary care doctor for over 7 years now, I am very happy to have a such responsible doctor. After every visit, she will write the visit summary and share with me. She also reviews all the lab results timely and inform me anything abnormal. She explains and helps me understanding medical issues and advise me how to prevent and improve medical condition in a practical way not only taking medication. All she did definitely helps me living a healthier life. I am also very grateful she takes good care of my elderly parents, helping them get all the medical equipment they need, regularly review their medication list and making adjustment if necessary. The best thing is that whenever I need any medical attention, I know Dr. Kay is there for me. I can't ask for a better doctor.

I recently visited their office in Columbia, MD. The doctor, Kendra Kay is great. She explains things and answers my questions patiently. However, the office staff is not as competent and patient. They were generally rude and inattentive. If I could give no star, I would certainly do so. In addition, the office is small and crowded. When I went in, I had a kind of feeling that the rooms are insanitary. When I made an appointment, I specifically said that I meant to make an appointment for

I met with Dr. Kay's nurse practitioner yesterday and I could not be happier. She was thorough in her examination. Confident with the treatment plan and gave me excellent advice on how to improve my overall health. I am EXTREMELY impressed with this practice and confident in the care that they provide.

I had some major issues going on and the office sent me to two specialists for further work. I never got any follow up calls from Dr. Kay's office about the results. I left several messages at the nurses station asking for a call back and no one ever called me back. I am finding a new doctor. Long waits for the two visits I went to.
