Dr. Andrews was professional, answered all my questions, explained each procedure he used, and after addressing my problem, he gave me a plan to follow at home.

I felt instantly at ease with Dr. Andrews. I had been previously seen by 4 different doctors who all assumed that my vertigo was caused by a sinus infection. In less time than any of those doctors had spent with me, he diagnosed the two conditions as separate issues and took the steps necessary to solve both problems. I was too gobsmacked to ask many questions about the vertigo cause, but I know that when I go for my follow up visit, he will take the time to explain it.

The woman inside the doctors office was very friendly, polite and professional. Dr. Andrew's was very professional and polite as well. He put me at ease. Explained everything and was very kind. 5 stars for sure!

Dr. Andrews did a great job listening to my symptoms, and then provided direct and helpful solutions. The post-appointment follow-up has also been great. Very happy to have found him!

Dr. Andrews asked pertinent questions about my throat concern. After examining my throat, which included a scope, he shared positive conclusions and solutions. I felt validated and relieved after the appointment.

First appointment. He was very patient, thorough and explanatory.

Poor experience with surgery. Additionally, the doctor did not present the consent form until moments before surgery.

Dr. Andrews is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and very good at reassuring a patient’s worries, explaining any treatment plans or things to avoid. Have always walked into his office worried about whatever problem I was experiencing and walked out feeling calm and rest assured with his medical advice. I highly recommend his services.

Waited over a 30 minutes extra for my initial appt and I was early. Paid my copay upfront as asked but not informed that the provider would be billing me out of pocket for over $212 for an unnecessary procedure. The provider performed an in office scope for 2 seconds and said that my previous ENT had ballooned my sinus cavities, so he wouldn’t be able to see anything via scope. This was written in my notes per my initial call to the billing department and said to me at the visit by the provider. The only way he can see anything is via CTSACAN. I have been scoped multiple times by a previous ENT, same insurance, and never had to pay anything more than a $15 copay (outside of my surgery). Not only do I feel he wasted my time by giving me no relief, but now wasting my money as well. I did all the follow ups as asked by the provider, but now can’t go back as I don’t trust what he is billing for. I will not be going back.

The office is well run. Went in for an issue and testing. Each stage had limited waiting which I found to be efficient. Dr. Andrews was very professional and honest. I would recommend him and his office.

I’ve had years of sinus issues and no one would listen to me. They kept insisting it was allergies. Not! Dr. Andrews listened and came up with a game plan. First time anyone suggested a plan of action

Not only is Dr. Andrews an excellent surgeon and medical professional, he has a fantastic friendly caring bedside manner. He demonstrates how he is vested in his patients successful outcomes. He finds time to answer the patient's questions promptly. Dr Andrews fully explains the situation and all options. He is the only Otolaryngologist I would trust my ENT care to.

After three months of looking for doctors to help me with dysphasia, I finally found that he was able to provide me with a solution without surgery! Really understands his practice, Patient and understanding.

I wasn’t able to hear from my left ear for weeks and in 10 minutes Dr. Andrews gave me my hearing back and showed me how to prevent the symptoms from occurring again. Highly recommend.
