Got my numbers way down pleased

My mother in law is 93, uses a walker and is almost deaf. She had a stroke about 2 years ago. We found a primary care doctor to give her a physical. At that time they told us to make an appointment with Dr. Bescak, they would call except they never pick up the phone so we should go to the office. We called and left messages, we even got to speak to someone once who transferred us around, only to end up leaving vm message. Two months later we get a call back from Dr. Bescaks’ office and they leave a message. We call back within 15 minutes or so, you got it, voicemail. It’s been over a week and still no call back. Luckily my 97 yr old father in law drove my 93 year old mother in law to the doctors office because she needed a prescription renewed. They gave us wrong info for one of the supplements and the pharmacy said it’s prescription not OTC. The pharmacy said their office is terrible, they see his patients going to another town for cardiac care. Unacceptable treatment for elderly

Dr. Besack has a wealth of infomration to share and is very thorough in his explanation, answers questions - even in his very busy day, you can tell he is passionate about his field of medicine; and his assistant, Ortencia, was efficient and conveyed information in a calm manner. Even scheduling was helpful! Thank You!

I have been a patient of Dr Bescak for many years and have always been pleased .but my visit A week ago was disappointing to say the least. to much to put on this review.

I really like Dr. Bescak. He explains everything to you about your cholesterol. If you can't take one drug, he'll find another statin for you and continue down that route until he can prove to the insurance company that this test is needed for this drug to be used. He is very thorough and we'll continue to monitor my cholesterol. Taking other RA drugs has caused this cholesterol to be higher than it was. That's how the problem started!! He's on it!

He has shown his amazing expertise to myself and my family. He found a rare cholesterol condition with his huge lab test. If it wasn't for him, I would have never known how or when to get my children tested for the same condition. He takes his time and explains everything very well.

The doctor has an extensive knowledge of blood chemistry and helped me adjust my diet and nutrients to reduce my A1C, cholesterol and blood pressure. One of the rare physicians who understands the role of nutrition in maintaining wellness.
