Never will see this doctor again
First time seeing Dr Chow. I went in for a preventive checkup and clearly stated it to the doctor. No issue raised by me and got charged for a preventive and routine visit. The time spent with the doctor was about 10 minutes. He barely took the time to get to know my medical history and whipped through a set of questions like reading through a checklist. If you expect good quality of care and doctor who actually cares about your health, then you should go elsewhere.

Tough but fair. Someone you can trust.
I didn't like him at first, wouldn't do some of the things I asked for. But he is the nearest doctor to me. After seeing him a couple of times, I realized that he is actually a smart doctor. Now that I have been with him for several years, I can tell you that he makes sure that your healthcare starts with you. He also called me on a Saturday late night and Sunday morning to give me results. I really respected that. Now I realize that he will do everything for his patients when they do their part first. Be ready for not some sugar coating but some tough love.

No nonsense doctor
Dr. Chow knows his stuff. I work in healthcare as well, I can assure you that he is up to date with medical information. He does truly care about his patients. He doesn't put up well with patients that won't take care of themselves. He will push for you to care and to work. I appreciate that. He is also really efficient. He is able to give proper care WHILE staying on time. Highly recommend

Worst 2nd year resident I have ever had. Due to him I dont feel comfortable staying with Christ Medical Center. He truly doesn't listen to his patients nor does he advocate for them either. He was the resident they placed me with after my regular resident wasn't available and my Intern was fully booked so I had seen him 3x and never really got to know me and ask me true questions just kept telling me his intern said this and his intern never once came to meet me either.. just sure disrespect. And I've always had positive experiences with the clinic and was in love with the new building and what they had to offer. He has soured my confidence and made me feel like hurting myself.
