I saw Dr. Cohen a few years back during a serious crisis in my life that led to a hospitalization. I was demanding in every conceivable way-certainly including his time and and case management skills. While not perfect in every way, he proved to be engaged, available and willing to extend himself to manage a very difficult case. He made tough decisions when necessary, had a sense of humor, and was always professional. While everyone has a different experience, mine deserves to be heard.
