Experience with Dr. Diamond was fine. His office staff horrible, rude and unprofessional. Demanding a credit card number be left on file or you cannot see the doctor. Office manager came out and screamed to the whole waiting room that patients owed the practice over one million dollars and if we did not give them a credit card we would not be allowed to see the doctor. All this even though we did not owe them. Will never darken their doors again. If this is really their policy, well they are not for us. I felt like reporting them to Medicare, but they are not worth the phone call. They are however, worth a visit with the devil, and they will eventually get it.

It is too bad because I met most of these doctors in the hospital and Dr. Diamond and Dr. Fuchs were great. I have had sooo many problems with the billing dept. Number one. It says they take my insurance and then several months later, I get collection letters in the mailbox with very high bills, which ruin my credit score! So when they tell me to make an appointment, I just don't. Last year, it happened again. Promises I would not be charged and was. High bill. Credit score ruined again.REALLY?

Had some whack swallowing issue and had to get this tube down the throat procedure and I’m scared I probably accidentally admitted I had a crush on him when I was drowsy from the anesthesia. Overall good experience, friendly, and cute dr.
