I have had Ear nose and through problems all my life. I’m 55 years old. In all my years I’ve never experienced a more knowledgeable, humane, down to earth, caring and personable doctor. I wish all my doctors were like him. The new generation of doctors are not like Dr. Farrell. He makes you feel like a person not a number. For those people who left bad reviews you were complaining about the office, scheduling etc.. not fair to put that on the doctor. When I go to a doctors office I expect to wait. When I’m in his office I feel like his only patient and let me tell you that’s well worth the wait. Part of being a good doctor is treating the entire person not just their symptoms. Hands down best ENT in Florida.

I have seen Dr. Farrell for several years and drive at least 45 min from Boca to see him. He LISTENS, takes his time, is honest, doesn't 'spin,' things and sticks with me until we get me over my issues. I have been around, been lucky enough to be exposed to premier professionals... and he is the only one I go to for ENT. His girl Brook is super nice ( not sure she is still there ) but I liked the front desk very much as well.

I was just trying to get my hearing checked and front desk told me that Dr. Farrell could not see patients with an injury that could have been caused from work. Then, why did they make my appointment in first place was my question because all the information was given over phone. But the Office Manager cut me off, she shamed, disrespected and interrupted me rudely. Never in my life have I experienced such a negative, inappropriate experience waiting in doctor’s waiting room! Not to mention being there one hour without ever seeing doctor. Dr. Farrell should look at the way his staff treat people.

Dr. Ken is a true, old school Dr. He's a great listener, tryie to learn the issues with a patient & then knows just how to examine & treat you! All this with a great personality & outlook. Office staff is always nice! I have referred many family & friends to Dr. Ken & ALWAYS with the same result.. a big Thank You!

Great doctor, easy to talk to, thorough, no rush, so happy I went to see him.

Two appointments cancelled by office due to doctor's illness with little or no notification. Office staff very defensive and unapologetic when I complained. Sorry doctor is ill, but patients need to know this so they do not arrive needlessly to office.

My 1st visit was today with Dr.Farrell. He was highly recommended and I see why. He is a very nice man and professional. He takes his time and makes you feel right at home. Do not let the age fool you. He is right on point. And the office staff is very nice.

Highly unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful front office staff. Was referred by my primary and called to make the appointment. Staff inquired about what insurance I had and was given the requested information. Upon arrival for the much anticipated appointment was told the doctor no longer accepted the insurance. Totally unacceptable, yet all that was offered was the always lame, "I'm sorry". Look for another ENT office, there is no shortage.

In desperate need of an immediate appointment for my son and after calling 3 offices, I called Dr. Farrell's. Not only were they able to see us the same morning, but they couldn't have treated us any better from the front office to the doctor himself. He was direct, no-nonsense and gave my son a treatment that worked like a charm. I'm very grateful to have run into Dr. Farrell that morning!

Front desk is courteous and fast, short wait for my first appointment. Dr. Farrell is kind, gentle, humorous and has a wonderful bedside manner. I was having issues with wax in my ears. He looked and asked if he could clean them out. Of course! That was why I came, but I thought it was very sweet of him to "ask" instead of just proceed. Anyway, it was quick and painless and he even let me see all the gunk he got out of there. Have already recommended him to others I know. Thank you, Dr. Farrell!

Waste of time. Waited a week after office visit to get a call saying to see my previous doctor. Zero help

He was very nice but did not help me in any way. I went for ringing in my ears. He looked into my ears and hit some tuning forks and said nothing wrong with my hearing, nothing he could do. A week later I went to a clinic for a different problem. That doctor looked in my left ear which he said was full of wax. I said I just went to an ENT last week. The doctor at the clinic asked me, why didn’t he clean out your ear? Wax build up can cause ringing in you ear. At this point I would discourage anyone from going to him.

I’ve been to Dr.Farrell he’s always very courteous and conscientious tries to help me in every way that he can I highly recommend him

Dr Farrell is the best Doctor I had in Florida. I needed a tonsillectomy’s at 27 and did an exceptional surgery. Removing my tonsils has improved my health greatly for the past 32 years. He was very responsive and I trust him completely with all ear, nose and throat problems. Thank you so much Dr. Farrell for caring about your patients.

Dr. Farrell has been treating my family for over 25 years. He helped our kids with many problems when no other doctors could. You saved my life from squamous cancer under my tongue. He is the kindest and most caring dr. I have ever gone to. Even though I moved away to Leesburg Florida. He is the one doctor I will not change. I still see him every 6 months and look forward to visit every time. I asked why he hasn't retired.He said he can't find anything he likes to do more than help people.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Farrell. I found him to be very caring, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough exam on me, and allayed my fears that my symptom's were not a serious condition. I was very relieved and extremely happy with his service..

Doctor Farrell is a very patient and compassionate professional who treats each patient as if he/she was the only patient in his office at that time. His old school bedside manners are second to none. A very good doctor!

He cleared up my son's throat problems. Excellent care and bedside manor. It involved surgery, prices were in line with those we checked. But we most impressed with him and his office staff.

Referred to Dr. Farrell by a current patient of his. Experienced ear pain and called to request an appointment. Lackadaisical person answered the phone and was not interested in my urgency. Today is Thursday and the appointment response was "I have nothing until next Wednesday". Here is what I was wishing for: - "I'm sorry but the schedule is full today, I wish I could help. May I suggest visiting an emergency room or urgent care center? I'm happy to call you if I have a cancellation today"
