Brecksville Er visit 01.13.25
Took my child to the er because my other son had Covid and I wanted him to get tested as well. I was also concerned about his breathing because he was wheezing and it seemed hard to breathe. This dr didn’t listen to anything I said except for the part where I said his brother had Covid. He immediately interrupted me and said “Yep it’s Covid” I asked him to test him for all the illnesses (flu, rsv, covid) and he refused and said “it’s unnecessary” then I asked him to do an x-ray bc I was concerned about his breathing. (His father has severe asthma) He said “No absolutely not! I’m not subjecting him to unnecessary radiation because you told me to” WHAT at that point he started walking out of the room dismissing me and everything I was asking for. So I said “What is wrong with you? You’re a dr, you’re supposed to help people!” And his response: “WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?” Yes he said that. Then he hid and called security to stand outside our room to escort us out. A nurse apologized for him!

Never again
This doctor makes you feel small and that he knows all. I came in completely miserable, I had pain so bad it hurt to breath. I was never asked my background I was never asked about my pain. I got sent for xrays that the radiologist didn't even look at he determined nothing was broken and sent me out with a couple otc pain pills and told to walk it off. If taking otc worked I would have come in, if heat and ice worked I wouldn't have come in. What is the point of going to this er when all this doctor does is dismiss you quickly.

I have had him twice and he is dismissive of symptoms and lies on the discharge notes. Does not listen when you try to respond and cuts you off. He demonstrates the worst kind of ER doctor that makes patients who are in serious pain never want to come back in. Would never go again. Or trust him with anything. He is condescending and has no manners. Shocked he is still a doctor. Saw him a few years and he ignored everything I said and I ended up in the ER next day to have him again and him be completely wrong for dismissing me with a positive strep culture and telling me it was tonsillitis and I was fine.
