My mother was treated in an unprofessional and very discourteous manner by Dr Levy and his office manager. And expect to be kept waiting and to be there a minimum of 2 hours, even for a morning, routine appointment.

Too bad this place has is not good anymore
Used to be a great office. Lately, very VERY difficult to get attentive care. Endured 3 and 4 hour appointments of waiting and waiting, paperwork left undone for weeks, and no one seems to care enough to address the issues. I was referred here by others, who lost their patience with this practice long ago and moved on. Time for me to do the same. Dr Levy is a good doc, but you need to be extremely patient, you need to remind them of every little thing and be prepared to have appointments lost, paperwork forgotten and such if you wish to be a patient here. I am sad it is ending this way. Goodbye, Dr. Levy, good luck.

Slow and Friendly
My mother, husband and I all see Dr. Levy. Yes, he is very slow, but he also takes time to get to know you and make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. He has a good bedside manner and I like that he works with student PAs.

Good doctor, terrible office staff
Dr Levy is a great doctor. His office is the problem. Terribly long wait times, not helpful staff, including front office and office manager. Dr Levy’s assistant has a voice mail that says he will return calls within 48 hours (we wish). This problem falls on the failure to manage the office properly and efficiently. The doctors in the office should read reviews to be informed and the office manager should actually manage with compassion for the patients.

First & only visit. Waited more than 2+ hours for my appt. I should have known I was in the wrong office. Every patient in the waiting room was either on a walker or wheel chair. When I made the appt. I gave them my DOB & no comment about this being a totally geriatric practice. That was a year ago. When the Dr. said he wanted to do a follow up EKG, because I was hospitalized for a heart attack, I said fine as long as there is no cost to me. Now I get this bill dated 2/21/20 for a CO-PAY. After 4 calls I finally talked to a person. She did not identify herself & was totally RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and unmannerly. Her name is JESSICA and basically did not care what I had to say. She told me that I have to pay the bill or she will send me to collections. Any business, a doctor's office is in the business of making money, that has to go back more than a year & find monies not properly billed or co-pays not billed is a sign of very poor management &INEFFICIENCY!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

DISSATTISFIED PATIENT – Mar 10, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Levy?
Dr. Levy and his staff do not care about you. My grandfather had a mental health issue and is now at the hospital with someone sitting with him 24/7. I called and begged Dr. Levy and his staff to help 15+ times from January 4-6, 2021 (his nurse and the appointment setter) and left six voicemails only to get a return call saying they needed to see him to do anything. She didn't show any compassion nor care that he was still in the hospital. I started calling before my grandfather ended up in the hospital. They did nothing and still aren't doing anything. He has been my grandfather's primary for 20+ years. He doesn't do anything in a timely manner - expect to wait 2 hours to just see him. Need a referral? Expect 30+ days to even get a call just to go see a specialist since him and staff forget to submit the documents, but won't give you their information. Need to understand something about an illness or medication? Use google - you'll have better luck of getting an answer. Save yourself!

After first Telehealth visit he called in my prescriptions. After 7 days of restortoration of a sleep medication am back to a normal sleep pattern and restful night. Grateful he listened to me and allowed my statements to be part of his decision making process. Best doctor have had the pleasure to visit since my heart surgery many years ago.

I have many specialists and Dr. Levy is by far the most attentive of them all. I have found that just getting a doctor to actually listen to your symptoms is the hardest part. Dr. Levy always listens and treats my symptoms as opposed to following just general guidelines. Highly recommend!

Love love love Dr Levy but his office staff are a disaster. Can't get anything accomplished when you call in and complaining to the office manager gets you nowhere. 100% non-accountable for even the simplest of requests. Too bad - Dr. Levy is awesome but I've never seen a more mis-managed office.

Dr. Levy was awesome. but I had to leave his practice. The front office staff and office manager (Name is Ann) are awful. Very rude, no compassion for patients or their needs. Witnessed this behavior with other patients and now it has happened to me. Shame that office staff can ruin Doctor/Patient relationships and I bet Doctor Levy never hears of these incidents as these staff hide these things from him. I have asked to talk to Doctor Levy and they won't let me or give him my messages.
