From the moment we connected via email, I felt Dr. Matsumura went above and beyond his duty. He kindly explained his therapy and listened intently for hours, and MANY emails, about my situation with stage 3B lung cancer. He's been deeply concerned about my friends & family support, diet, and exercise...not just a single-focused treatment. Since it's considered an "alternative therapy" my insurance didn't cover it. His staff has worked with me on insurance reimbursements, in which I have had to submit each bill, but we have had success! I've been undergoing SEF Chemo for 5 months now, and I've reached remission! He's asked that I do 2 more cycles, just to be sure, and I trust his judgement. I've been able to work and stay active, I didn't lose my hair, and my CBC results are in the "normal" range. I believe I have my family, the Berkeley Institute staff, and Dr. Matsumura to thank.

The doctor invented the bio-artificial liver. Makes no sense to leave a bad review. What have you invented ? This man has saved many peoples lives. He is a respected doctor among not only his peers, but his patients as well. You cant expect 1 man to save the world and invent all cures, but he has raised the bar in terms of oncology.
