The staff is rude. Martha never ever checks the fax machine when my Walgreens gets in touch with me to refill my prescription and she once told me it was my fault !!!! And said I waited until the last minute to refill a prescription!! The staff is rude. I have epilepsy and have had epilepsy since I was 11 years old whatever happened to transparency? And respect? I mean....blaming patients .......really???? Also they need to check their piles and piles of faxes instead of talking about vacays.

Dr Nudleman saved my health and career 13 years ago. I am 54 now and was 41 back in 2005. He treated my back injury and now I can still perform my duties as a delivery driver. May God Bless Dr. Nudleman's work. Sincerely, Ernest

Stay away. The office staff or the Dr, none have any sense of professionalism. There is always 1-1.5 hour wait and when I ask, theres always some kind of excuse. No sorry nothing!!!! The dr needs to get updated with his knowledge of neurology and available updated meds. He prescribed my wife single vialmed for migraine without any syringe. The med does come as a penfill which one can i nect himself. He delayed the therapy and made us go tp ER. He is too arrogant to admit to his mistake.

Incredibly bright, funny, down to earth, caring man. He guided me through the pain, and isn't push me into decisions until we started seeing signs of permanent nerve damage. Then, he simply pointed that out, and made alternative suggestions, one of which was a surgical option. He was also instrumental in pushing me medical doctor into running some tests, based on some symptoms we discussed when I saw him years l8r for a carpel tunnel. I have great confidence in him!!!
