Great Doctor
This Doctor is such a wonderful person every visit he goes over my test results with me. He explained every question that I have treats me like a person not a number. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. His staff is also FIVE stars always friendly and kind. Wait time in office is never more than a few minutes. I hope the move to new office goes well, Looking forward to my next checkup.

Disorganized office staff
I had a horrible experience with this office. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I had to take off work and my husband had to take off to watch the kids so the doctor could CALL me and do my visit on the phone while i sat in the parking lot. Just to tell me no useful information. They refused to see me in person because i was not vaccinated. Totally disrespectful. They blamed me and said i told them i was vaccinated when i called. No i didnt say that and i never would. She said oh the person who made my appointment messed up. Ya think. This office needs to get it together and learn how to treat people. Very angry.

Dr. Ordene's telehealth appointment was rushed. He was very condescending and I felt very rushed during my appointment. Wouldn't even let me finish the story and never ONCE asked me how I actually felt. Instead, kept repeating that the lab results are normal. I was very disappointed. Maybe he is a good physician, just not the one for me.

Been trying to talk to the doctor to get a new prescription that the insurance is making us try first. called countless time and emails as well. The last 2 weeks has been exercise in futility. If my wife is really sick, she would be dead by now. The doctor is nice when you get to talk to him, the front office could give a @#$% about what's going on

Dr. Ordene is the best Dr I’ve ever been privileged to have. He cares about his patients so much. He’s super current on new technologies and goes out of his way to find the best treatments for each patient. We’ve moved away from Freehold, to a different state and I have not found another Dr that compares to Dr Ordene.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ordene’s for years, whose expertise I value greatly. In all of the years that I have been a patient, I particularly appreciate that the doctor makes sure that I make appointments at least once a year to review the medications that I take to see if they are correct and appropriate, to review my diet and exercise programs, and to answer any and all questions that I may have. The care and attention I get is consistently outstanding. I also want to mention the amazing office manager who has always been professional and kind to me at every visit, including my most recent one. Thank you Dr. Ordene, the office manager, and the staff for being professional and keeping me healthy with such extraordinary care.

If I could give 0 stars I would I would like to tell you about my visit however my 1st appointment was canceled because the doctor didn’t want to wait for me even though I only went to them because they have night hours but apparently had better thing to do that night then help a patient and the 2nd time they tried to do the same thing but then said they would wait til only 7:15 but if i couldnt make it had to call however I was rushed to the emergency room with a severe kidney infection and my blood sugar at 641. Literally almost died I was in the ICU for 2 days and finally moved to a reg room which I am currently still in and the receptionist had the nerve to call me and give me a whole speech about how he waited for me and i didnt Have the courtesy to call them and they will now charge me $25 for missing the appointment. I cant tell you how livid I am. Nobody knows anybody else’s story so before you leave ridiculous messages you should know the truth

Thanks to Dr. Ordene I finally have my diabetes under control. I received meaningful education, better testing materials and changes in insulin that substantially reduced my highs and lows. He's a no-nonsense doctor with an excellent staff. The short wait time is an added bonus.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ordene for well over 5 years. When I first started going to him my A1C was over 9. Today my A1C is very controlled at under 6. He keeps up with all the latest technology. He explains when he makes changes to all medications. He always makes sure I get the prescription for all my meds and testing that I need. His staff is very pleasant and professional. When people ask me if he is a good Doctor, I respond that he is the best. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else
