He is a very dedicated and caring doctor. One doctor I actually look forward to seeing. No pun intended.

I am a new patient, and I have Traumatic Brain Injuries which requires a bit more patience and attention while I go through the necessary visual field and other testings. Dr. Roach and his staff were all so very warm and welcoming and very kind. I am happy to have landed here!

I trust Dr. Roach with my eyes! He is excellent in so many ways. He is first and foremost highly competent. I recently experienced cataract surgery and had stents placed in my eyes to aid the drainage needed for glaucoma. Both surgeries (six weeks in between eye 1 and eye 2) happened with no pain. Right away, I could see so much better...Within 24 hours of each surgery, it was apparent that my far vision was better than I had experienced since I was in grade six, when I first started wearing glasses. His office is staffed with the best people ever....so kind, considerate, very competent and caring. Wait time is a very short time with each appointment. Dr. Roach carefully examines and explains the condition of my eyes and what steps need to be taken to monitor my glaucoma and how to best address the cataract condition. I'm so excited to have my vision again! I feel so fortunate to have the best possible care for my eyes.

I was a patient for 6 years and had no problems with the care I received. After I moved to another state, I contacted them to keep a long-term preventative prescription going. They said they would keep it renewed for one year. After 30 days the prescription stopped and they refused to renew it. The office lied to me after being a long time patient. Very poor service and makes me question their level of concern for patients.

My husband started seeing Dr Roach many years ago after developing glaucoma, then eventually I started seeing him, and now our two daughters see him. We all think very highly of him and are thankful to have a doctor we trust 100%.
