Not a Good Caregiver
Dr Rodriguez does not explain treatment or listen to patient concerns. I have seen Dr Rodriguez multiple times and he recommended surgery that did not address my symptoms. He also consistently runs late and is only focused on what care he can provide. Any complex or interdependent care, he is not a team player on a care team and is too arrogant to recommend others who are more specialized to treat needs of the patient.

Lacked total empathy
Suffered a complication during surgery that was non-related to the doctor’s direct involvement. Reacted in a detached mannerism and expressed a hostile defensive reaction!

Excellent experience interacting with Dr. Rodriguez and his team. Great follow up care after surgery as well as office visits and remote communication. Have already recommended to friends and family, with extremely positive responses. Dr. Rodriguez has excellent reference network, in case one's problem is not completely within the ENT category - e.g. allergy specialists, internists, etc. Highly recommended.

Dr Rodriguez is an outstanding doctor in all respects. He is an outstanding surgeon, and he enabled me to breathe clearly again, which dramatically improved my quality of life. He is very kind and very willing and able to converse with you about your symptoms. He takes the time to listen to you thoroughly and answers your questions clearly and understandably. He welcomes your input into your care. He truly cares about you as a person. He is patient and compassionate.

Dr. Rodriguez is an outstanding doctor. I felt so comfortable sith him, and he answered all the questions I had. He prepared me well for surgery, and made sure I was recovering well. Such a great doctor. I would recommend him to anyone!
