Fantastic doctor, caring clinician
Every time I have a visit with Dr. Rosenstein I walk out feeling heard. I am never treated like a collection of symptoms or organs but as a human being. That is almost impossible to find in 2022 in medicine. He is very knowledgeable and detailed in his inquiry before advising an approach. His explanations are thorough and you get the sense that he wants you to understand his approach and recommendations so you feel empowered about managing your symptoms. I would recommend him wholeheartedly

More concerned about professional liability than patient comfort level. Makes a big deal over minor issues. Go somewhere else to a doctor with patients best interests in mind.

I've had a deviated septum all of my life. Recently decided to do something about it because it was affecting my breathing. I found Dr. Rosenstein online through my insurance and couldn't have asked for a better doctor. From my 1st appointment all the way till surgery, Dr. Rosenstein was very knowledgeable, caring, & helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing and made me feel comfortable knowing he would fix my issue, which he did. 5/5 would 100% go back and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rosenstein has a terrific demeanor and was a fantastic doctor for my nasal issues. He helped every step of the way to remedy my ongoing chronic severe sinus and hearing issues. Performed my nasal surgery, was scheduled for an additional one but determined to not need it. Has always been exemplary in terms of bedside manner and making me feel calm.

He is a horrible doctor...he wanted a hearing test done on me before he would do anything to help an ear infection. I could not hear as my ears were clogged from the infection, but he was only interested in the money from a hearing test. He needs to return to medical school and this time HE should get a hearing test and listen!!

I visited another ENT before seeing Dr. Rosenstein. That doctor automatically recommended surgery. Dr. Rosenstein listened to all of my problems and gave me options. He has a great bedside manner and I hardly have to wait when I see him.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with Dr Rosenstein and his staff. Staff was rude, dishonest, &completely incompetent. Doctor didn't want to be bothered, was abrasive and condescending. Two days in ER. At follow up. He was awful, rude and his staff lied- said they were hung up on. When we called to cancel surgery. We were told we were never even put on the surgery schedule for that day. They're absolutely terrible. Wish I could give more detail. So much more to this bad experience.

He's only in it for the money. He wasn't busy and I was seen immediately, my entire appointment was less than 5 minutes long. He did not take the time or care to do a thorough examination of my problems. He looked in my nostrils with a flashlight, did not use any tools, and billed me for Nasal Endoscopy. Then recommended that I get my tonsils removed by him. All only within a few minutes. Got a second opinion from someone better who discovered my actual problem that Rosenstein missed.
