Dr. Kenneth Savage, DO

Only sees patients one day a week. Hard to get prescriptions or appointments. Phone calls never returned. Office inept and poorly organized. I honestly have never seen anything like it.

Every appointment I have ever had the staff has been great both out front and behind the scenes. I usually see the PA Antoinette. I absolutely adore her. She is great. I have never had a problem going here. They are all very respectful very friendly.

Had appointment for insulin regimen and refused to renew it!!!!! Very disgusted!!!!! And left no other options!!!! We will no longer be visiting his place of practice!! Although the staff was excellent

I don't recommend Dr. Savage , my experience was pretty scarey with his front staff. As I had a very long wait I was subjected to his staff talking smack about everyone. I was threatened and my specialist referrals were canceled by the malicious front staff. Dr savage himself was rude and insulting.

Inverness Nature Coast Health Care office is in shambles. Appointments set at wrong locations, cancelled appointments without notifying patient, pertinent referrals never processed. I really like the Dr there. I want to stay with her however, the office manager doesnt seem to care as the last incident happened right in front of her and she never lifted her head to acknowledge the situation. They play pass the buck, 'I didnt do it. Wasnt my fault' Meanwhile Im losing gas money and valuable time. I have serious health issues and need medical care. Your staff at this location is subpar sir.

On time, greeted with friendly staff. Got in and out although covered all health maintenance and concerns. Fantastic check out staff.

The office is run by the most incompetent girls I have ever seen. Playing the blame game not doing there jobs and just totally disinvolved with their jobs. The Dr you will never see the nurse practioners which there are a few you will always see are nice competent people. But the office staff which is the back bone is totally incompetent. Dr savage your staff in the front is going to destroy your fathers practice. Dont believe me watxh the videos of my morning visits see three people walk out pissed off. Before me. One called you on your cell. Then today. Listen to my conversayion with you staff memeber after I walked out again. After coming in for test results which I had gotten 4 montgs ago already. Then how sge cuts me off I told her how incompetent she was and how she is blaming someone ekse

I saw him a number of times. On three occasions his diagnosis was completely wrong. One time he ordered an electrocardiogram before seeing me. I knew there was nothing wrong with my heart but his staff still insisted that I should have it. I refused. I was right it had nothing to do with my heart.

I have been a patient since 2017, I find Dr. savage to be very Professional, Caring, friendly, he always goes the extra mile to leave no stones unturned for your illness. In my eyes he is an example for other Physicians to follow. I highly recommend Dr. Savage & his Staff.
