He walked into the appointment and sat down and told me that I have “10 minutes so use your time wisely.” His bed side manner was horrible. I have been dealing with an issue for 10 months now and he acted like I had no idea what was going on. He will not meet with his patients before surgery and now I understand why. I ask for a referral for someone else and he acted like I needed permission from him. I definitely do not recommend him. Terrible experience and I have heard that from many other people. Very arrogant and at the end of the appointment looked right at me and said “you asked interesting questions today.” Definitely did not make me feel welcome. Will be seeing someone else.

I've seen Dr. Smith over the past three years after he did emergency surgery for a very large and painful kidney stone. He was very compassionate and thorough. I was really pleased with my care and followup plan.

Did a kidney stone surgery when the stone had already passed! He snapped at me on more then one occasion too. Completely unprofessional.
