Staff is extremely rude
I called to inquire with a question was was spoken to TO rudely by someone who did not understand what they were talking about. Extremely rude staff will turn patients away as it did me. Will not be giving this doctor my business and will let others know.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Son. it went very well. He was very methodical, did a thorough exam, seemed quite competent and made certain recommendations to follow up on any potential issues. He was willing to answer any questions and gave me his initial impressions before I left the office. His staff was extremely attentive and made all the arrangements to obtain my records from out of state, as well as scheduling testing for me that he needed for further evaluation.

Sat in a room for over an hour and he never came in. No one did. We got up and left. I will use a different doctor before I waste my time sitting there. No courtesy. He even watched us walk out unhappy and never said a word. ????
