Horrible!
Horrible! You would get more compassion and intelligence from your waitress at the diner.

I am a RN and have known Dr Hui for many years. Today I had the best experience having a colonoscopy at Shore Outpatient Surgicenter. Not only was Dr Hui’s office staff kind, caring, professional and accommodating but so was the staff at the surgicenter. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. In light of the current Co-Vid 19 virus they were careful in their screening and handling of their patient population. Thank you to all

Dr. Hui is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is very difficult to work with and some of the staff at his office are just as rude. When my wife went there with gastro issues, she explained that she was in recovery from an eating disorder. Not only did Dr. Hui talk over her and dismissed her experience, but he also wrote her BMI on the paperwork. She was in tears. For someone that has never experienced an eating disorder, this may sound like it's not a big deal. For someone who has, like my wife has, it was very serious and this could have put someone in her place over the edge. She called to explain her issue, was hung up on multiple times, was told by staff exact numbers of the BMI, and did not receive an apology from Dr. Hui. He talked over her, told her she was being too sensitive, and totally dismissed her. Very arrogant and unkind. Never again. I can only imagine how insensitive he is to other patients who struggle with an ED like my wife.

This guy is super rude, the way he talks to people especially to those who are first time patients , I will never give him my time again. Staff members were OK but Dr Kenny Hui doesn't listen, talks right over the patient and acts very arrogant. We needed answers for my mother's issues and he send us back to the primary doctor when he is the specialist they send us in the first place, i will never take my family members or my self to this person. Horrible just horrible.
