Disappointing Experience
had a frustrating and disappointing experience at Epicentre Charleston. After getting a test done, I asked if they could call me with the results. They refused, stating they don’t do phone calls and that I could only receive the results in person. With no other option, I went in person and waited 45 minutes with my husband for the appointment.When the midwife finally came in (someone I’d never met before and who wasn’t a doctor), it was clear she hadn’t reviewed anything prior to the appointment. She read the results for the first time right in front of us and immediately recommended surgery. When I brought up alternative treatments for the condition, she admitted she didn’t know much about it and would need to discuss it with the doctor. She said she’d call us later – completely contradicting what the front desk had told me about phone calls being impossible.The entire appointment lasted less than 5 minutes, yet we were charged $120. They just want money, they didn’t make it right.

This was my first visit for my prenatal appointment. I most definitely love the office Dr.Gleaton and her staff were so nice and welcoming to my husband and I. I’m glad my mom referred me to Dr.Gleaton.

Loved Dr. Gleaton, her and her staff are awesome! They made me feel so comfortable i had my husband and kids wait outside since i wasnt sure of their rules with Covid, and Dr. Gleaton asked me if id like them with me, which was great! I wish we could finish our pregnacy with but due to work we wont be for too long. But without a doubt id recommened them to any one looking for a new obgyn.

Dr. Gleaton and her staff are hands down the best! I’ve seen Dr. Gleaton since I was a teenager in a number of different offices and she somehow always has made me feel so comfortable and really is passionate about supporting her patients. You won’t find a better OB/GYN! She just opened the EpiCentre as her own practice and it is absolutely beautiful and has everything women could want or need! As part of it, there are also services available through the Epic MedSpa on site. The Epic MedSpa has the best aesthetician I’ve ever encountered, Michelle! She will definitely make you laugh and be the friend you never knew was missing in your life, all while providing the best service possible! I cannot recommend these two women and their care team enough!!!

She listened about all of my conditions. She knows about endometriosis. She was open to looking into Nancys Nook on facebook for endometriosis (p.s. if you have it or treat it, look at that page). She was sweet, caring and did a whole exam while making it feel like you were having coffee with a friend. She's very knowledgeable! I've been to a lot of Dr.s, so when I say I like her... it means a lot.

Dr. Gleaton is a Jewel. She's the best Doctor that I have ever had care under. She takes her time and answer your questions, not to mention she knows and loves her job with great ambition, enthusiasm, and abundance! I will REFFER anyone to her. S Her bed side manners is NEVER to question. If we had more Doctors of her Character and Integrity... oh what a Blessing it would be! She soars so high, where there's a dimension at an altitude where no other can touch her personality.... When I think it reminds me of an angle.....they soar at an altitude where no other Bird/Pray will fly/soar!!!! Many Blessings Dr. Gleaton!!!

I was referred to Dr. Gleaton. She is a great doctor and I wish I was referred to her when I first imoved to the area. She is great. Last year she sent me for an ultrasound. She had me checked for fibroids. I must say if she feels you need more test, she will send you. She does not play with your health.

During my annual visit, Dr Gleaton referred me to a urologist for a problem with frequent urination. She also sent me for an ultrasound which determined there may be possible polyps in my uterus. As a result, she will be performing a procedure to further determine if this is in fact the case. I am very confident in her as my GYN physician.

Dr.Gleaton...IS VERY CARING...was impressed by her mannerism the way she conduct herself as a Doctor , she listens to you intently, she is very knowledgeable in her field, she is very concern with patients condition, and quickly spring into action to get the ball rolling to improve your health. ..you can tell she loves people...so glad she is my Doctor..

Dr Gleaton has an amazing bedside manner and is a wonderful communicator. I see her for my annual exam and she operated on me when my ovary twisted (torsion). I could not ask for better care.
