Dr. Kenrick Spence, MD

Dr. Spence is one of the most kind, compassionate and caring doctor I’ve ever met. His bedside manners are impeccable. He and His staff is very caring and attentive to your needs. If surgery didn’t turn out as you would’ve liked, you don’t mind because you know the best effort was given. The facials are superb. Myra makes you feel like a new person and puts forth her best. In other words, I think she applies the golden rule; “do to others as you would like done to you”.

I was a patient at two hospitals recently where I was given excellent treatment for what turned out to be anxiety and stress. I am letting you know this as I had no less than six (6) staff members, incl. nurses and technicians, and one doctor pay me compliments after noting my age on hospital paperwork. "I had to take a double look," said one RN. A technician giving me a Stress test spent over 5 minutes 'unbelieving,' then wanting to check my hands and arms to see if they were as 'younger' looking as my face.' Other staff members had similar responses. I wanted you to know, and to thank you and your beauty consultant, Myra, again, for those compliments. It has been over 10 years since my face lift surgery. This past year has been like no other, and when people say kind words, making similar comments, it is nice, and they help.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dr. Spence's office. He has an absolutely amazing staff, whom are very kind, pleasant, and fun. I had a keloid on my left ear that made me incredibly self conscious about having my hair up. After the excision and going through the healing process my self confidence came back. I would definitely recommend his office to everyone I know. He's definitely on my list for any procedures that I would want in the future.

Going anywhere else is a mistake. This place is truly the best. This office provides exceptional care, facilitated by a top-notch staff. You cannot beat the expert professional care, given with warmth and kindness by a staff that is dedicated to making you feel heard and at ease. The nursing and support staff take such care from the moment you walk in and all through your recovery period. The absolute star of the show is Dr. Kenrick Spence. With his calm demeanor, he will make you feel at ease no matter the situation. He is meticulous with his craft and so so patient. He has such an incredible depth of knowledge and passion for his work. If you require any cosmetic enhancements, he is simply the best in the business. Going anywhere else is a mistake.

Dr. Spence and his entire staff from the front desk to the surgical nurses and technicians/assitants, this place is truly the best. They communicate properly with you every step of the way. Dr. Spence is really amazing with his work and follow up post care , attention to detail, and love and compassion for all of his patients. It was a blessing to be able to see them for my needs. I will never forget Dr. Spence and his great team at Hillcrest Plastic Surgery.I wish I could give 100 stars, but the most google allows is 5. :-)

I had a great deal of anxiety about doing this surgery, but it was all misplaced. Dr. Spence is a master craftsman and you will be very happy if you choose him. He has an excellent nursing and office staff and I recommend Dr Spence and his team very highly.

Dr. Spence assisted in a colectomy I had in 2001. I was 34 at the time and insisted on a flap incision which was not covered by my insurance. More importantly, I was also managing an out-patient surgical center for Florida Hospital and Dr. Spence was one of our credentialed physician. I was able to hand pick my surgeons and anesthesiologists from a large pool of physicians, I chose Dr. Spence to take care of the plastic surgery part (flap incision). During a 9 hour surgery, he never once left my side, he stayed and assisted during the entire surgery. His actions were well above and beyond the norm. He could have performed many other surgeries in between opening incision and closing incision. He didn’t, he stayed to see my surgery through. I was hospitalized for 9 days, and he came in everyday to check on me, my incision, and my progress. 18 years later, I can without hesitation say that I am so grateful I chose Dr. Spence. His work is outstanding, mine and others!

Dr. Spence is incredible! He is professional, kind, and so skilled! He gave me great recommendations and I'm thrilled with the outcome of my surgery. His attention, care, and compassion are so impressive, and his work is fantastic. He also has an amazing staff; they are so caring, informative, and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Spence takes his time to make sure he has a clear understanding of what you are looking for and is dedicated to making your results look natural. He’s amazing and the staff is as well. They are very kind and patient - you never feel rushed. They make you feel like family. Would highly recommend them. (have been getting injectables and variety of other treatments for 15 years and this is hands down the best).

Dr. Spence is an artist and I have enjoyed my skin care and injections with him so much in the last 12 years that I am planning my facelift! I know I will be surrounded by a caring, compassionate and professional staff and the BEST plastic surgeon.

I've had the best surgical experience ever! Dr. Spence says he will take good care of me and that's exactly what he did. He is very meticulous in his care from start to finish. I must say he's a champion in his field. I experienced no pain during and after lipo surgery and no bruising! His nursing staff is awesome! They're very personable and caring.

He is the most talented and compassionate surgeon I have ever met. I had a face lift in early 2018 and am beyond satisfied with his work. His nursing staff are also amazing. I had surgery with Dr Spence back in 2006 and the same nurses that took care of me then are still with him. Together they make an amazing team. I’ve been a patient of Hillcrest since 2015. I first had a MOHS procedure for a skin lesion on my forehead. The lesion was expertly excised and there is no trace of its prior existence. I then saw Dr. Spence for some injections on my face. After having my twins I had issues with Bell’s palsy and some residual facial drooping, as well as pretty substantial bags under both my eyes. Dr. Spence performed my injections and I’ve been very pleas d with the natural looking results.

I had a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, lower facelift, and my neck smoothed (the vertical "stringy" cords released) about 14 months ago. I am more than happy with the results! My droopy eyes now look awake and my jowls are gone. People who haven't seen me for a while tell me how great I look and ask me if I've lost weight or if I've changed my hair. I do not look stretched or "done" and nobody who doesn't know about the surgery has any idea why I look so good! He is an artist!
