Doesn’t Communicate - Dangerous
Cataract surgery- had his office or medical assistant hand me pamphlets with recommended lens replacement circled. Had me go to a OD in completely different office to communicate with about the cataract surgery. OD was honest and said she didn’t know answers to my questions. Upon arrival for surgery, I was handed a pamphlet and I asked questions and i was told by his office or medical assistant that the doctor was “movin’ and groovin’” so I’d best get in the door to the surgery room and don’t talk to the doctor.Upon a return visit, this same assistant yelled at me and when i asked her to stop yelling yelled “You can go right back out that door! “Bashford’s lack of communication caused me sight problems due to lack of consultation and communication.

From start to finish it was a professional experience. I was concerned I had cataracts and needed surgery but Dr Bashford assured me is wasn't time yet but to check back in a year. He is very reassuring.
