Had a great experience at Minnesota Eye Institute! Had lasix and am seeing better then 20/20! Love not having the hassle of wearing contacts or having my mask fog up. Minnesota Eye Institute is very competitively priced, the staff are all so kind and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about my Lasix experience!

Had Lasik done on April 15th 2019. Wanted my long distance vision to be good. Did not care if I had to wear glasses for up close. Did not want mono vision. Well as he was doing my left eye he said he was doing the mono vision that we talked about..he wanted I didn't. To late. Revisited him twice. He says I'm doing fine. My long distance vision was better before the Lasik than it I today. I stressed that and he mumbled "people think they should see perfect". He then gave me a perception for glasses. Money wasted on this procedure. He did not listen to my concerns. Could only brag about how fast his equipment is. Said if it didn't work I get my money back. So a year and 3 months later no refund. Girl at front desk said they don't give refunds. NOT what I was told by DR

It has been 17 years since Dr. Carlson performed lasik on both of my eyes. Great work, great results. No complications, still 20/20 at 62 years of age. Thanks to Dr. Carlson!

I attempted to inquire about my bill (not the cost but two items on my bill that I didnt know what they were). After talking to 2 people in his office at 2 different times, Dr. Carlson called me and SCREAMED at me over the phone WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I was in the car with my husband and he heard Dr. Carlson plain as day! To say I was shocked by his call is putting it mildly and I still DO NO have answers to my questions. And again it is NOT about the money involved.
