Dr. Kent Ramsey, MD

Dr Ramsey was cheerful, humorous and kind. I got an appointment quickly for an enlarged thyroid which he then removed in short order. I was very happy with the Ascent clinic and all of the staff there, also. Thank you all for getting that nasty thyroid out! ??

Dr. Ramsey seemed to be very knowledgeable in his field. Unfortunately, my appointment was rushed and he did not spend any time with me , nor did he take the time to listen to me. I plan on seeking a second opinion with another doctor who is willing to listen to me.

I am livid and I will talk to dr ramsey. I worked with all these Doctors at mercy medical center for 9 years. Dr. Ramsey has dont 3 of my nose surgeries 7 tubes on my one twin son and 9 tubes on the other. He also performed a major ear surgery on the one. I have been on antibiotics for 9 days to try and help laryngitis cough non-stop and up eerynight with no success. My throat is killing me everyday about 10 am after working i get laryngitis. I DO NOT HAVE THE VIRUS per my medical doctor and was advised to call ramsey to possibly again be scoped in his office. So I call the office this am and was told ramsey is out and will be AT LEAST 3 weeks before i can get in. I told 2 different people about the above and they said I have to wait for Ramsey. I feel this is aweful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not like they are crowed during this terrible time in the world. Do you truly feel is I wasnt absolutely horrible with no sleep from throat that I would want to come into any doctor.

Dr. Ramsey has treated three of my children. He was always kind, practical and helpful. My 4 yo son needed tubes in his ears. After being put off by another doc for 18 mos, and my son not developing language properly as a consequence, Dr. Ramsey put tubes in and he was hearing, therefore talking within 6 weeks. Dr. Ramsey also treated another son for allergies and a daughter for cryptic tonsils. Excellent doctor!

I saw Dr. Ramsey for dizziness related to Meniere's disease and autoimmune responses. He would not listen to my complaints and was unwilling to help me find a solution once he saw that I did not fall into an easy category that he wanted to suggest. He simply walked out saying I can't help you in a very dismissive and uncaring way. There was no help, guidance, or compassion here.

I was truly happy with my services. Dr. Ramsey took his time and listen to my concerns. His staff was very friendly..

Saw Dr Ramsey for allergy shots for about a year. Great staff ! Only reason I had to stop going was due to losing insurance. Now am re-insured and hope to return as I can def tell the diff since not getting shots for the past 2 yrs !

I went to them for allergy testing and shots. I had explained to them how far away I lived and how my employment was in the opposite direction even farther. I had to go to them due to health insurance. I asked for months to have my allergy injections transferred to my MD who said he had no problem overseeing my shots. I have battled for months and they will not release them. Even when I said my health should supercede their money. So now I am very sick due to lack of shots.

I feel Dr Ramsey and some of his associates shouldn't have a medical license. They do what they want and tell patients one thing then do something completely different. They don't care about a fast and speedy recovery of the patient. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone for anything. They do not have caring feelings in my opinion at all. I am very unimpressed not to mention disappointed and will not let these people treat me in the future.
