I feel that Dr. Bakal and her staff don't value their patients - I live an hour and ten minutes away - I called their office and had to leave a message, so I left a message to tell them I was running about 20 minutes late and to call me if they needed to, which gave them an hour and ten minutes to retrieve my message and call me back - they did not call and when I arrived they told me Dr. Bakal said she couldn't see me because they had a ten minute rule - being a Dr. myself, I value my patients

Dr. Bakal is a fantastic Pulmonologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, humble, thoughtful, sweet, and compassionate doctor with outstanding bedside manners. Dr. Bakal listens with a clear professional interest in helping her patients through thick and thin. I am always treated with respect, care and professionalism anytime I call or go in for an appointment especially by Wadoo at the Livingston location. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a pulmonologist.

Dr. Bakal is knowledgeable and thorough. Her professional manner is kind and caring. She is thoughtful, responsive and takes whatever time necessary with her patients. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Bakal and highly recommend her to others.
