Dr. Keri Greenseid, MD

I was a new mom when I saw her with reoccurring plugged ducts. She was unsympathetic and suggested I was mentally ill. She referred me to another doctor for additional help and during the exam I realized he wasn’t going to help with my plugged ducts or mastitis he was evaluating me psychologically. What a waste of money and time, when all I needed was antibiotics. She was cruel. I found another doctor and lactation coach and everything was fine. My child is now in elementary school but I’ll never forget how she treated me.

I went to Dr. Greenseid during my fertility journey after almost a year of trying to conceive. I was nervous about my fertility and had a ton of questions. Dr. Greenseid was pretty dismissive. It seemed like she wanted to rush me out of the office. I had questions about previous test results, which she addressed in very technical terms that I didn't understand. The whole experience felt really rushed and I left her office feeling more nervous and confused than when I arrived. I would not recommend. I think this can be a really vulnerable time for women trying to conceive and you want someone who is more compassionate and able to address your concerns.

I met with Dr. Greenseid twice during my experience at Valley Fertility (not my main provider). She stands out as lacking in being thorough or explaining anything during the visit. It's possible that it's because I am not her patient, but during a transvaginal scan of my baby she didn't turn the screen so that we could both see, tell me the location of the yolk sac vs. fetus, heart rate, etc. She's nice, but leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!

I will never find the adequate words to describe what a wonderful Doctor, Dr. Greenseid is. All of the doctors at The Valley Hospital Fertility Center have amazing bedside manner and are extremely sensitive to your needs and emotions. The entire staff made this journey so much easier for me and my husband- receptionists, nurses, techs, etc. Everyone at this office cares and helps…they become your family.
