Terrible
Terrible. Made my wife feel like a nuisance, while she was in triage. She was in and out as quick as she could, without answering any of our questions. I will not allow her to deliver our baby.

Rude, horrible disposition, patients are an inconv
Daughter’s first pregnancy, Hall was argumentative with a staff of nurses and the anesthesiologist in birthing room in front of daughter and son in law. Hall insisting on C-section. Others said she was progressing, dilated to 9.5 and baby dropping. Everyone but Hall was encouraging daughter to deliver naturally. Hall continued to argue she wanted to do C-section. Anesthesiologist told daughter it’s your decision and asking for her decision. Daughter overwhelmed, began crying. One of the nurses cried as well. This was an awful experience for anyone let alone for someone who is a first time mom to be who is emotionally stressed, nervous and anxious. Anesthesiologist suggested getting a second opinion but Hall said that wasn’t happening. Quite the witch that rhymes with….this doctor shouldn’t be allowed to practice any medical related matters!!!!

“It’s a yes or no question.”
“Does this hurt?” “I feel pressure but not pain.” “It’s a yes or no question,” was the response I got from Dr. Hall across the curtain during my c-section. After laboring for 29 hours, the last two of which I spent pushing with no progression, I begged her to give me a c-section. She reluctantly agreed after making me feel like a failure for not pushing hard enough. Post-op, another doctor from the practice (Dr. Kajioka, who was excellent) came to explain the operation to me, saying I made the right decision to get a c-section—that it would have been dangerous and futile to keep pushing. I would have loved to hear that from Dr. Hall herself, but she didn’t come see me after the operation, which I thought was discourteous. Then there was her treatment of my sweet, kind traveling nurse: curt, condescending, and standoffish. We got on well at first. She took time to talk to me about my mom who’d just passed, but her bedside manner was lacking when it really mattered.

I’m writing this review from my wife, we’re both 19 almost 20. We have been married for a while and both are employed by Mon Health. This OB made us feel very judged for having a child at a young age, she didn’t want to really answer any of my wife’s questions and just made it feel like we were at a parenting lecture. She was very rude and I would never recommend ANYONE go to her. Having a child is a blessing, but she will make you feel like it’s a curse.

Kerri Hall abused her power and my vulnerability as a person in labor. She was rude and harsh with me. She kept trying to force me to have a voluntary induction though I wanted to go into labor and deliver natural. She kept pressuring me to use hormonal contraceptives even though I was still establishing breastfeeding with my newborn. She should work in a morgue where compassion isn’t needed for accomplishing her job.

Most seem of the doctors seem nice based on who I’ve seen during my complicated pregnancy, so I didn’t feel concerned seeing Dr. Hall instead of another “first pick” doctor, but she was not someone who put me at ease. It was not a good appointment. She was rather insulting and it made me never want to go back to the practice again. Or at least make sure I don’t see her again. I don’t want to even have my baby at Mon General now. The “baby friendly” initiatives or policies don’t allow patients to schedule C-Sections before 39 wks, despite whatever extenuating factors maybe influencing that, so even if you know you’re delivering early, you still can’t be guaranteed to have the doctor you want doing your surgery. It adds a lot of unnecessary anxiety to an already stressful time in one’s life, and takes up an appointment for someone who may actually needs it later on. It is very disappointing.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional doctor. As a new mom I had tons of questions left unanswered and left many appointments feeling like I always had more to say. It felt like she was trying to quickly escape the room as soon as she entered. Her hospital bedside manner was just as bad as her attitude and made me as well as my support team feel like any decisions we made for me or the baby were always a bad idea which left me feeling scared and vulnerable. This is not the doctor for you if you are a first time mom or ask lots of questions. Would give no stars if I could!

Love love Dr. Hall - she saw me through every step of both of my pregnancies and delivery. She also performed a minor surgery on me and several procedures. not regarding pregnancy. I respected her opinion and she always had safe and healthy advise regarding my pregnancies and other health issues. I always felt like I was seeing a friend that would give me the honest truth and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her and friendly staff.

Dr. Hall is professional and friendly. I felt at ease with her right away. She respected my birth plan wishes and didn't force medication on me or try to rush the labor process. She even came back to birth my baby after her shift was over.

My experience has not been good at all. My first few routine visits were okay and I didn't come out feeling like I was able to talk/explain much to her, but I thought I'd give it another try as it was a new Dr. for me. Had called her office once with a question concerning a small issue I was having and she pretty much told me no that doesn't happen and wanted off the phone. Had a small emergency and called for advice after being at er all weekend and she was terrible rude. Scared me to death!!

Dr. Hall recently performed a hysterectomy on me. Today is day 4 post op and I can't even tell I just had surgery. She does a great job explaining and takes time to educate you. She has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel at ease. I would not hesitate to have her perform another surgery on me if it is ever needed.

My experience with Dr. hall was wonderful. She diagnosed me with factor v Leiden, and came up with a successful treatment plan to manage my thrombosis throughout my pregnancy. She was very informative, and reassuring. She performed a c-section on me and followed up with appointments afterwards to make sure I was healing on the right track. She is a great doctor, and I would recommend her to anyone. Also, great staff, all very welcoming and friendly, and also assisted me with insurance questions.
