Dr. Kerry Paape, MD

When I was told I needed a quadruple bypass, I didn’t know any heart surgeons and when referred to Dr. Paape and they would come by my hospital room to see me to talk about the procedure. Not long after that conversation I noticed a pair of shoes with lights coming around the curtain, then all of a sudden a female face appeared with a very confident and warming smile introducing herself as Dr Kerry Paape and from that moment on she warmed my heart, healed my heart and has a place in my heart. Thank you Dr Paape!

My husband's brother (8 yrs. younger) ended up with 5 bypasses plus a replacement valve. After urging from all family and me, my husband went for a nuclear stress test, which showed a possible stent. Angiogram showed additional blockages, so he was referred to Dr. Paape. She answered all his questions, explained why he could not get a stent, and was very honest and direct; she took her time with us, and left us feeling he was in good hands. He went through surgery of a triple bypass on Oct. 7, 2024; from before surgery and continuing, she described how he would feel, what he should be able to do each day, what to expect in the coming days. It was exactly as she described! Will definitely be recommending her. Also, has a funny sense of humor, which was a plus.

Dr.Pappe is the best of the best. She saved my life more than once. She explains things thought. Answers your questions straight up honestly. Our family is so grateful to get and her staff. They are wonderful. I would recommend her to Anyone 100 percent. Bless you wherever you are Doc.

Just about the time that I needed the best Cardiac Surgeon in the world, in walks a 115-pound Angel and takes control of my life. Never in my life have I been so blessed as I was that day. 1000 miles from home and needing bypass surgery, to find a Doctor with the talent and personality of Dr. Paape was a true blessing. Great care to me and quality information to my family will always be in my memory. She is the best.
