Dr Crutchfield is a strategic listener gathering information about the injury and it impact on the whole person including quality of life. I am very grateful for his time and treatment which allows me to return to the activities that bring me joy.

Dr. Crutchfield has ben treating me for concussions and occipital neuralgia, and related intractable migraines. He is an excellent neurologist! His expertise with concussions and occipital neuralgia is beyond reproach. After being properly treated and diagnosed by Dr. Crutchfield I underwent a nerve release surgery by a former fellow at JHU, Dr. Amir Dorafshar. Without having a proper diagnosis and treatment by Dr. Crutchfield the surgery would not have been successful. I am so grateful that I was referred to his practice after suffering for over a year and half with severe concussion symptoms. There is a process that is required to get well, and Dr. Crutchfield and his wonderful PA, Maureen Fritz, made certain that I understood the process through each and every appointment. Bottom line, Dr. Crutchfield and his excellent staff are helping me get my life back and for that I am forever grateful! Shout out to Bill Kerrigan, my case manager. Just an awesome team of professions!

By far the best evaluation / diagnosis / treatment by any physician I have ever had. Direct...to the point...and spot on w/attention to detail that has become synonymous with his reputation. If you are in need of a Vascular Neurologist...take the time and get to see Dr. Crutchfield. He is well worth the drive.

The worst doctor I have ever met or been to. I am much worse off after his treatments. have been involved in the health care profession for years and this man is the worst practitioner I have ever met. Not only doesn't he seem to have any interest in his patients, but he is dangerous as a doctor.

5 minutes late due to a accident on the road and even though we called they cancelled the appointment. This was also after we filled out all of the forms. This also was a flow up appointment.
