He lied to me about how common my surgery was. I got a pressure wound, 9 more months non weight bearing. I complained several times of the issue that led to it. 8 yrs later my hardware in my ankle is malpositioned and sinking into my foot. Terrible pain!

Dr Dow saw my foot after every dr in Spokane turned me down, he then literally took my case I front of a panel of about 80 surgeons and then did an experimental surgery to save my foot from having to be amputated. This was already six surgeries in (by different surgeons) and all of which had failed. After my Navicular died, I decided to see dr Dow, who had previously repaired another mx injury of mine (different crash), I should have seen Dr Dow first! He did his research and then came up with an experimental surgery to put an Intrumedulary Nail in my foot and successfully saved my foot, I can even do normal motorcycle and bicycle activities again as well as normal sports again.

Horrible experience. I told him my foot still hurt months later and he blew me off. Come to find out he put a skew in that was way too long and needs to be removed. My foot looks disgusting.

Dr. Dow is about the most caring, knowledgeable, and down to earth doctor you'll find. He treats you like family. He's done a couple of my surgeries and I'm doing well. He is clear across town from me but definitely worth the drive!

I had trouble walking without cane, walker, or a wheelchair for many years. He operated on both feet and after one PT session I am walking without cane, walker, or wheelchair. He is very caring, devoted to his patients and job. I have told every Dr. I have to recommend him to others. He is great??????????????????
