I had to go to the ER since I got shot. The doctor fixed me up good. This guy saved my life.

I presented through this urgent care after being bitten in the hand by a 116 pound Cane Corso…specifically I had to rip my hand from his jaw. Although the doctor clearly looked at the wounds and said they weren’t bad, I wept that the pain I was feeling was worse than labor. In which he arrogantly asked if I had ever been through…yes, otherwise I wouldn’t have compared it to that. From the beginning of his “assessment” of my hand he lacked experience and knowledge. He explained pros and cons of suturing a dog bite due to chances of infection (which may I say is the only accurate thing he stated). He did not think x-rays would be necessary, however agreed to do them to make me feel better. I wanted them done because of how much pain I was in, worker’s compensation/to be complete and thorough, and because as I told him before- I had to RIP my hand from his jaw…which is also clear from the gash I had extending down my entire index finger.
