Dr. Garvin is an Outstanding Doctor. After years of trying to find someone who could identify why I had terrible back and hip pain at a young age, I finally met Dr. Garvin. He has given me a chance at a new and better life with significantly less pain after completing 2 Peri-acetabular Osteotomies. I could not be more grateful to his incredible skills as a surgeon, his kind and gentle manner and his willingness to answer all of my questions. I only wish I had met him sooner and that I could find the words to express how grateful I am to what he has given back to me.

Gentle, concerned and explained everything out!! I had my hip replacement at the age of 31 but it took a yr of visiting with Dr Garvin before he would do so. This was back in 2002. He is the only Dr that would even take me as a patient, this how bad my hip was!!! It totally changed my life, having the replacement done!!!! I alway tell ppl who he is and where he is!!!! He is an awesome Dr.

Dr Garvin performed a hip replacement on me in 2008 and the results were amazing. I was instantly pain free, recovered in 3 weeks and have been riding a bike sense, great doctor and support team.

I found out I needed a hip replacement over 5 years ago. As I am especially young, it was recommended that I try to get by as long as possible before I did the surgery in order to minimize the need for revision surgery later in life. Thankfully this gave me a lot of time to research and get referrals. Dr. Garvin came up many more times than anyone else. It took me a while to get into see him as he is in demand. It was well worth the wait. I am very glad I went with him.
