Nice person, but no results

I met with 3 different spine/nerve specialists trying to get help with a herniated cervical disc. Long story short--I got positive results from none of them, including Dr. Kevin Hwang in Orthopaedics. I paid $450.92 for one ~30-min. appt. even though it only involved talking--no labs, imaging, etc. Couldn't even get a response from him in follow-up messages via the patient portal. I felt like I'd been scammed. In the end, I found a good chiropractor and physical therapist team and am now ~80% recovered after 2 months without the injections or surgery the specialists all recommended.
