Dirty Fingernails
My mother had an ear lesion biopsy done by Dr. Kelly....he did not have assistance from his staff nor a sterile surgical field. Did not even wear sterile gloves. She ended up in the ER later that evening due to large amount of blood loss from the site. He did show up in the ER but again...no sterile technique whatsoever...his nails were long and dirty. Hospital and EMT staff advised to not allow him to complete any more procedures on my mother. He did remove her sutures a week later..once again no sterile technique. Office staff were rude. Never would recommend this practice.

Dr. Kelly damaged both of my recurrent laryngeal nerves as well as destroyed all 4 of my parathyroid glands. I am left voiceless with a permanent tracheostomy and permanent hypocalcemia from a routine thyroidectomy not involving malignancy. BEWARE!
