Great care, showed effort to try to help
I was lucky to be under Dr Liao's care for about 3 years. In addition to general health, my primary concern was getting to the root of chronic back pain that I was experiencing for years with flare ups that had me bed bound. My previous doctor just said 'Take it easy and take anti inflammatories' which for someone that is active was terrible advice. Dr Liao actually listened and referred me to get Xrays, MRI, and appointments at the Kaiser Spine Center for physical therapy to actually find the root cause (which is a disc and nerve issue I have) which was what I needed to find a targeted plan o care to get better. He also was receptive to trying different strategies for allergies and other issues I had, and took every concern seriously. He never gaslit or belittled any symptom or experience I had. I only had to leave Dr Liao because I moved. Highly recommend.
