I thought Dr. McChord was excellent in my treatment. But I thought he left the practice. If he is back that is awesome!

Dr. McChord was very friendly with a "salesmen" type of persona. One appointment I waited 1 and half hours to be seen. The office manager offered a free treatment. The new office manager stated "she should not have done that" and proceeded to limit the offer. The ultrasound tech at 2 of my appointments complained the whole time about poor treatment by staff. Be aware this is a "business" as I was told by an office person. Treatment results were subpar. You are a cash cow go elsewhere.

Loved the staff - very professional and courteous! My only issue was scheduling an appointment in a time frame that no longer met my insurance approval. Why wasn't the scheduling staff aware of this? I also feel there is a bit of disconnect between the office staff and the medical staff.

Dr. McChord is very humble professional and yet he is excellent at what he does. He has an open, honest, and thorough communication style which is such a rare quality in doctors today. Dr. McCord uses a careful and delicate hand for inserting needles to do the procedure in as pain free fashion as possible. You will be amazed and wonder if he could travel the country teaching other health care providers his techniques.... but only when he has finished helping you first!

Dr. McChord thoroughly explained all possible treatment options and the rationale behind each method. He makes the patient feel at ease and answers all questions in a very thorough manner. Angel, the ultrasound technician was also awesome! She thoroughly explains every part of the process and what to expect at each stage. She shows genuine concern for the patient. I will highly recommend this practice to many others!!! Thank you!
