Horrible scheduling experience
Dr Miller is great - thorough, honest, straight shooter, but his surgery scheduling is a nightmare. I had a very hard time getting in touch with his scheduler, Sandy, for my first cataract surgery. She didn't call the first two weeks after he told me she would. I called 4-5 times before I got her and was able to schedule the surgery. Weeks had gone by, and then I had to wait another 3 weeks before the actual appointment. Now I'm on the phone on hold, as usual, for the 5th time in over a week, and I can't get in touch with her again for my second eye. What the heck is going on over there? It's time for Sandy to delegate scheduling to the people who schedule office appointments, because they're great. They've tried to help me both times, but they haven't had access to her surgery schedule. If she's so busy that she can't make a phone call, it's time for her to delegate. I hope Dr. Kevin Miller sees this review and does something about it!

"I received stellar care from Dr Miller, and his staff. Dr Miller recently did cataract surgery on me, and i could get it done LOCALLY, which is huge for me.........i hate hotels. Restored my vision to the best it has ever been. I cannot say enough good things about him, if you need an Opthamologist, go to him"

Best care ever. Cataract surgery done on both eyes. Dr. Miller also put lens in both eyes. Sight is now 20/20.
