If you seek assistance with a plantar fasciitis problem, I recommend a different service. After being charged $1000, I received an initial exam and x-ray (total of about 15min), some common first aid tape with which to tape my foot (causing significant skin irritation), one set of orthotic inserts, and two follow up exams over several months (total about 10 min) during which my concern about my unresolved condition and pain was met with condescension and dismissal of my questions and concerns and recommendation to simply keep taking pain medication. There was little/no attempt to explain the nature of the condition or talk with me (respectfully) about how to self-manage this common condition. I felt that this common condition was simply a tedious bother for this doctor. I have since found that the internet is full of good information, that self-care is essential, that while orthotics may provide relief, there are many low-cost options, and that not all podiatrists are unpleasant.

I have seen two other doctors about my foot problems. Dr. Murray is the most knowledgeable. Unlike the others, he does not dismiss, but follows through. He is working with me so that I, hopefully, can get back to walking. I would give him five stars in every area and would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Murray was able to treat my foot situation where several other medical professionals had failed. He immediately addressed the problem, the first time, and addressed the problem efficiently. Top drawer doctor and great office staff to boot....no pun intended!

The personality and bedside manner of Dr. Murray was shockingly disappointing. He presented as being the expert and made sure he informed me he was in charge of my care. There was no openness to hear my input or thoughts about possible treatments. Working as a professional in another medical facility, I was surprised to be so disrespected. My past podiatry treatment and my concern about pain were ignored and treated as insignificant. If I were a child or congnitively impaired this kind of treatment would perhaps have been warranted. It is disheartening to know that active listening and empathy are no longer "a given" in patient care.

Dr. Murray is personable and listened to my concerns and questions. He explained what was going on with my foot. I did not feel rushed through the appointment. The nurse who checked me in was friendly yet professional. And the receptionist was wonderful - she looked me in the eye when speaking, she engaged in a conversation with me, she was very pleasant. (She's a keeper!) And it was so easy to schedule an appt online. I will recommend Dr. Murray to others.

My entire experience, from checking in with the office staff, nurses and Dr. Murray was excellent. I received a shot in my foot. There was no pain when given. I would highly recommend Dr. Murray. He was extremely nice and I felt he was concerned over my issue.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Murray and his staff. I have had several visits with Dr. Murray and I have always come away feeling I received the best medical care possible and received complete and thorough information regarding my medical condition and how to properly care for it. The staff are very friendly with a sense of humor. They always explain what they are doing and why. Dr. Murray and his staff will spend whatever time is necessary to care for you. I have never felt that they hurried.
