Office staff polite, office clean orderly, Dr. On time polite, business like, task oriented,verified reason for visit to reestablish service. Yes. Who was previous physician? Dr had retired..(Medical records had been sent). Did he look at them? I wondered. He verified allergies.and 3 previous drugs I had received as primary treatment for the cancer. I indicated I had been doing very well under the previous Dr care but now in a crisis. Needed prescriptions and referral to neurologist as I had fallen and cracked my head and was in difficulty. Was considering admitting myself to ER for help. He did not inquire into my symptoms possible diagnosis or plan for help with the situation. He made referral to neurologist.ordered to lab tests and refered to primary physician. Ordered shower chair gave me 6 mo follow up apt and was gone. 15 min. Dr. Rakszawski is an excellent listener who asks appropriate questions to help him understand my concerns - he answers all questions honestly and acknowledges what might need further investigation - I always leave with an excellent understanding of the visit
