Dr. Kevin Rank is a very listener and explains things very simply. Took 30 min to go thru as much information as possible and gave such great positive feedback on my progress. Invited me to email or call with any questions which I appreciate. He answered promptly when I did in the past. Much appreciated that.

Dr. Rank was extremely attentive to my concerns and listened carefully to all my issues. Spent adequate time, assuring me of the prescribed follow up tests in search for answers to my ailment. Excellent.

The provider jumped into solutions before I could even describe my own symptoms and questions. When I did ask a question, I felt that It was brushed off with no follow up from the provider on the symptom I expressed. I did not feel like anything was explained other than being stated as something I had to do - nothing to include why. I left feeling unheard, with many questions remaining and will be seeking a different doctor in the future.

Dr. Rank is exceptionally clear and thorough in his explanations of my myriad medical issues. He is also an excellent listener-catching both content and under lying attitude/emotion. In regular parlance, "he gets It" when I am talking about the particulars of my health.
