Misdiagnosis and failure to document anything
Missed a hernia and abdominal separation on a CT scan. After discussing my concerns with him at my visit I sent a message to follow up a month later and his support staff replied 'Dr Regan has no idea what you are talking about.' He didn't listen to me at my appointment. I was rushed out there. It was no surprise that neither Mr. Regan nor his support staff properly documented my health history or the included any of the information I conveyed in treatment notes at that visit. Another doctor reviewed the same imaging years later to compare it to new imaging and they noted that the hernia was present in both. Instead of identifying this condition, I was told I was 'fine' and every provider I saw subsequent to that relied on Mr Regan's 'you are fine' diagnosis when I reported abdominal weakness. I now have back problems. Steer clear of this guy he is on autopilot with your health.

Excellent doctor
I had my annual physical with Dr. Regan and he was one of the most pleasant doctors I’ve had. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and it never felt rushed. He took a lot of time to listen to concerns.

Rushed and Not Thorough
My primary physician left my network and I got Dr. Regan for my annual physical. I have significant after COVID symptoms and came in to discuss. He spent less than 5 minutes talking to me, rushed through my questions, minimized everything and sent me for labs tests. 6 days later messaged back “everything normal”. It’s not normal doc - still feel sick. No follow up, no concern = no return visit for me. Avoid this doc

he wants to run a CT scan for everything. I was late 10 mins as I couldnt drive due to IBS flare and took an uber, the staff as me to run a full scan downstairs (there is a radiology clinic). After I told them I had been to the ER and took ct scan and found nothing remarkable and showed the report. After that the Dr declined to see saying i am late. He is also my primary.
