Best doctor. Our family will never switch.

Dr. Rodowicz has been our family PCP since he opened the office. He always takes the time to really understand and works until the problem is resolved. Never one to push prescriptions.

I usually do not leave reviews but my husband recently had a completely unprofessional visit from this care team. My husband suffers from asthma and needed to see a provider as soon as possible. I searched to find a new primary care physician and found this provider who was very close to home. I scheduled the appointment as directed on the portal and he filled out all necessary paperwork in advance. My husband proceeded to take off of work to make his appointment. When he arrived he was taken 30 minutes past his appt. time. The nurse then checked all of the routine things such as temp, blood pressure, etc. He was then asked if he was switching his PCP. My husband, bless his heart did not know what that meant and the staff proceeded to talk over his head. He then eventually told them, yes, he wanted to change his PCP and they told him he would have to set up another appointment and that they would not be able to meet with him. What a shame, the nurse and admin should be ashamed.

I have been going to Dr. Rodowicz for years. He helped lead me through recovery from a deadly illness, literally, to near full recovery. His guidance along with several other doctors gave me my life back.

Dr Rodowicz is a fabulous family doctor who patiently listened to the concerns that I had as well as my family.

He is patient and kind

Doc Rodowiczoffice staff left to “figure out “what procedure code to use” failed to process a preauthorization after a visit/ mri was cancelled due to them dropping the ball .never have I seen this type of incompetence. I feel bad for the office staff that is clearly in over their heads and a doc. That is either clueless or over his head and doesn’t care enough to train his staff adequately.

Will stop going there. Wait times are excessive and doctor arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. An annual check up was coded as a visit and staff was very rude when trying to correct this. I will not pay $155 for the visit that was supposed to be a routine annual!

Best doctor ever! Always takes the time to listen. He's your old fashioned doctor. Always takes time to discuss options, love the fact that he is not a pill pusher. Follows up. One of the most compassionate doctors. He treats generations of my family. From my parents to my grandson. As for the practice not fond of the partner nor the new office staff; but will tolerate that. I wish all my specialists were as kind and compassionate as Dr. Rodowicz.

Dr. R is amazing and I would never consider going anywhere else, and I am an RN for a competing health care system! My teens have seen him since they were small and we never feel rushed or unappreciated. Dr. R takes the time to explain everything, always asks if we have any other concerns, and gives both prescription and non-prescription options for treatment. He supports our decisions and is always professional. His office staff isn't the friendliest but he makes up for it 100%.

highly recommend dr rodowicz. Started going to him since he opened the north whitehall fam. practice. like him a lot never had a problem. just need to communicate with ANY dr. The staff is not 5 stars but I would give them 3.5-4 stars every time I go

Dr. Rodowicz is a nice guy, but I wouldn't recommend him to family or friends. His office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Getting a precription refilled is an arduous task, often involving numerous phone calls to the aloof office staff. Do not expect to to receive a call back regarding test or x-results. When you call to follow up on results, be prepared for staff to make you feel foolish and unvalued. You're better off taking your chances at a urgent care center.

Dr. Is good.l, except he will never call you back if you request it. The problem is the staff, they are horrible. The office personnel fail to call or fax in prescriptions repeatedly, and they never call back when you leave a message. They are rude at times as well. Very poor customer service.

Dr Rodowicz is arrogant and quick to MISdiagnose. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone nor will I ever use him as a pediatrician again.

Doesn't listen to patients and shows in his charting abilities. Isn't interested in getting to the root of problems and just goes through the motions of being a doctor. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone unless they want to be fed prescription medications they don't need and need quick appointments.
