Can't Thank Them Enough
Dr Rosenbach is extremely knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He, and his staff, are patient focused, and agreed to take me as a patient with short notice due to a very unique situation that other providers felt was too burdensome. Yet he and his office was able to help me with great efficiency and communication.

Stay far far away
2nd time around, still horrible experience. I wanted a simple allergy reset since it had been 5 years since I saw him last. I should have trusted my instincts went to someone else. For what should have been one appointment they made me come to 3 appointments, just so they could charge for visits. You never will see the Dr. Their forms are almost 25 years old - and good luck filling them out on their outdated system. Billing is a total nightmare. The front desk person is rude and doesn't know what she's doing -- she blamed the post office the last time for not getting my payment.

From Wendy to The Nurses to Cara The PA to Dr Rosenbach they are a team. They are a very busy office and therefore must be good .Sometimes you may have to wait but if You want The best care The right answers then its worth the wait. The Better offices are usually the busier ones. That's a no trainer.

Surprised by negative reviews
To be totally honest, the office is really busy and I think the staff are all just really tired. Dr. R has a large patient load because he’s good at what he does. He’s kind of like a real life Dr. House. He listens to you, looks through any previous test results and doctor’s notes and really pays attention…even if it means your appointment runs over. So he often runs late, but that is because he is so focused on making sure his patients get the care he needs. He is quiet, but has never ever been rude. Missy can come across as rude but I don’t think it’s intentional. She’s actually a really big sweet heart.

Billing Issues
My college daughter who goes to school FT and works FT was charged a $50 no show fee her first visit. She apparently messed up days and received no texts or calls as a reminder and before being allowed to see the dr while having asthma issues was told she owed $50. I can see if she had missed a previous appt but this was the first. When she called to discuss the bill when actually seen she said they were extremely rude. I called and compared the EOB’s the insurance sent and the office was still overcharging her. Not impressed at all. We will find another Dr who doesn’t charge students who get their first date mixed up and charge a ridiculous fee. Shame on them.

Never
I posted my review of Kevin in the past (I cannot refer to him as “Dr.”. He not only over treated me needlessly, but I was evaluated by his former medical school teacher, Dr Lockey, who was disgusted by his 14 year prescription of IVIG when I “never met the criteria required for such radical treatment”. PLEASE go for a second opinion before listening to him!! I know 3 other women who had similar experiences.

Horrible Office
You will never see Rosenbach after an initial visit. He did all the tests and just sent me for allergy shots. I started having to go to the ER. I kept trying to see him and just got his rude staff. Always an excuse, busy, vacation etc. Finally his nurse said he didn't know what to do with me and sent me to St. Petersburg. She also sent me out for a lot of blood work and he would call with results. Never did. I called again today to try and see him and they said it would be 3 months until I could get an appointment. Go somewhere else. All this Doctor is worried about is cashing in for retirement. Worst medical professional office I have ever been in 4 States.

Incompetent and Rude. You'll never see Rosenbach. You get an assistant. They don't do a good job of explaining what test they are running...and be warned, they are very pricey! They also do a very poor job of telling you the results of your procedure. They will make you come in to speak with the Asst. (again, you don't get Rosenbach) and charge you for it. Since almost all other doctors will post your results, email, or even call you for free, I'd choose one of those for future needs. The office manager, by all standards, is just a bully. Avoid. Amazing how staff can ruin a doctor...

The first time I met Dr Rosenbach I was blown away by his kind, compassionate nature and that has never once wavered during the nearly 6 years I've been his patient. Dr Rosenbach is renown in his field and his brilliance never ceases to amaze me. He correctly diagnosed the two immune deficiencies that all my other doctors had overlooked. In his soft spoken, comforting way he carefully explains things thoroughly and patiently, without giving anyone the rush act. And Dr Rosenbach's LPN/business manager, Missy - what a godsend she is!! She has the same kindhearted, calming personality as Dr Rosenbach and they each make me feel so valued as a patient. Anytime I've ever asked Missy to do anything she always gets it done immediately and with exemplary follow-up.

Dr Rosenbach diagnosed and treated my wife for 14 years with IVIG infusions that she never needed. This caused major upset and suffering in her’s and our lives. She had to stop working and was unable to participate in normal daily activities for many days a month. Evaluations and diagnoses by other doctors, including the Cleveland Clinic, verified that it was never appropriate for her to be on these infusions. I would definitely get second and third opinions before accepting treatment from Dr Rosenbach!

Is there a place where we can send copies of all these negative comments on the office personnel of Dr. Rosenbach? The rude and aggressive behavior of his office staff is offensive and it is a disgrace. Naples is a community where the medical services are provided with a kind and caring attitude. This office is the exception. Someone should take notice of this and formally notify Dr. Rosenbach. It's costing him patients, I, along with quite a few others, will seek assistance elsewhere.

Horrible office and staff. I cancelled an appointment for my daughter, TWICE, and these idiots are still sending billing notifications for a "missed" appointment. After two written disputes, I called their office. The receptionist got extremely nasty with me. Do not go here - they are incompetent.

My experience with Dr. Rosenbach and his office was terrible. I would never recommend him to anyone. I saw him in February, did the requested bloodwork. He could not see me again until early April, 2019. At that time, he broke 3 appointments, the latest one being just this week in May. When I complained, his office said that he would not see me anymore and that they were sending me the blood test results. I just wasted 3 months of not being able to see him and not feeling well. I do not know if Dr. Rosenbach is aware of how terrible his office is being run. But, either way, I would not recommend him to anyone. Richard, Naples, FL, May 2019

First appointment, his staff gave me another patients Lab order.I had all her PHI including SS# When I called staff wasn't concerned about the mistake. Not asking me to destroy or bring back so they can destroy. Felt it happens all the time. I asked to see the doctor on my second and third appointment, just to let him know so staff can be retrained on HIPAA rules. He was to busy everytime I asked. I never met the doctor, I was paying for a specialist. To busy to meet me.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor!! Although I once thought he was terrific, I subsequently realized he misdiagnosed me for 14 yrs! This was confirmed by 3 prominent physicians. I was given IVIG for a condition I never had! He is the worst dr I ever encountered! Please, get a second opinion if you elect to use this man!

Never saw Dr. Rosenbach even though I had made a doctors appt.Only seen by an allergist. Had testing for allergies and a possible disease due to an unusual skin reaction. The two tests taken with 4 appts. They did not resolve the skin issue. There was no interest in solving the problem. Never took a skin biopsy nor a doctor's consult. Test results given ONLY if appt. made. Nothing is given over the phone, even on a negative result that took 3 weeks to get. They like to bill for appts.

I found Dr Rosenbach to be extremely smart. He sits and listens to everything you-have to say then without interrupting you. He starts to diagnose you by asking you questions and tell you what he thinks. Extremely kind and caring. Very good diagnostician.

After filling out a nearly 20 page new patient form and waiting two weeks for an appointment they tell me that they don't accept my insurance once I show up for my scheduled appointment. Why wouldn't this be the first thing they confirm? Ive been anxiously waiting 2 weeks for this day and it was all for nothing. Horrible business practice to waste peoples time like this.
