Dr Kevin Smith did not help me. He is not caring, he will not hear you out or understand you, his demeanor is atrocious. Sighing to a patients face and getting visibly getting frustrated with a patient when the patient is clearly struggling is not ok. If you want to feel understood, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Smith is a remarkable Dr. My husband and I have both gone to him for many years and think the world of him. He takes all the time you need and always asks if you have any questions or anything you would like to discuss further. He is the best Dr. in every sense of the word

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for six years now and wouldn't see anyone else. He is sometimes hard to get an appointment with, but he takes all the time you need to make sure he addresses any concerns you have. My husband and I go in together and he always asks if either of us have any questions even if the visit is for only one of us. I always feel very encouraged after I talk with him about handling my sugar. Best doctor Iv ever had.

I took my son to him, and although we have only seen him once, I was very impressed. He listened to all of my concerns and engaged in conversation with my son even though he's only 1. He was quick to reorder tests that the last doctor failed to do an accurate job on and was reassuring my doubts about the other physician we had seen. He was great!

Terrible. Does not do his job. Waste of time. Went to Dr Collins in Petoskey & much better experience.
