Wonderful! Dr. Verma has years of wisdom and experience. I really appreciated how much he cared and his office staff was phenomenal especially Cheryl who took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. She greeted us with a smile and was an extremely helpful as well as professional office manager with a personal touch.

I loved my experience at Dr. Verma's office. Cheryl, the office manager, greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door. She was so kind, friendly, and personable. She is also accommodating with my work schedule and appointment times. Dr. Verma is a very compassionate and caring doctor with years of wisdom and experience. He made me feel like a priority and gave me excellent, quality service. I will be making him my primary care provider along with my family. I highly recommend this practice!

We will never go back there again!! Cheryl, the office manager was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life!! Larry asked about getting some ibuprofen and you would have thought he'd asked for some narcotic or something worse than pain medicine. I told her we were there for a primary Dr only and didn't want pain medicine from them when I made the appointment. So she marched in my room and pointed her finger at me and said I was a liar!! If I hadn't already paid a copay I would have walked out. Instead I stayed and good thing cause I have an ear infection. But I told the Dr I did not appreciate his office manager and it was not professional to treat someone like that. Reschedule an appointment ah...NO and I'll never go back!! I'm not a drug user and they can shove the ibuprofen up where the sun don't shine cause he can just keep buying over the counter and take 4 at a time. He has a metal cage half way up his back and has inflammation in there quite often!!

We waited 2 hours for a Dr that was very rude and and inconsiderate. He said "I'm a scientist and know what I'm talking about." Never going back!
