Good Doctor!
Absolutely the sweetest doctor! Sure she’s a little fast paced but she’s incredible! She really sits down and explains things to me and replies to every message I send. She recommends me new medications that works wonders for me and really does listen! Her staff are incredibly pleasant too!

MY LAST VISIT WAS A NIGHTMARE !! I WAS SEVEN MINUTES LATE FOR AN 11:40AM APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD THE DOCTOR HAD ALREADY LEFT FOR LUNCH AND I COULD RESCHEDULE WITH THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT TWO MONTHS LATER. I HAD BEEN SEEING DR. SHAMSEDDINE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAD NEVER BEEN LATE EVEN THOUGH I WAS DRIVING ALL THE WAY FROM NAPLES (APPROXIMATELY 40 MINUTES DRIVE). AND I HAD BEEN WAITING ON HER FOR CLOSE TO 45 MINUTES MANY TIMES. THE STAFF COULDN'T CARE LESS !!!

DON'T SEE HER!
Dr. Shamseddine is extremely rude! She spent less than 10 minutes with me. She talked so fast that I could barely understand her. I had severe abnormal muscle weakness from a brain injury, and she said, "I wasn't trying hard enough." Then, she said, "You're out of my specialty. You can't come back here, but I'll give you a referral to neuromuscular dr." You can't give a referral to another specialist if you're never going to see that person again. It says on her website that she treats TBI, and she told me she doesn't. She straight out lied to me! I informed my primary doctor of how rude she was to me and that she refused to help me. He wasn't happy!

Dr Shamseddine diagnosed my father as mentally incompetent due to dementia My father has been living on his own and taking care of himself. Other doctors do not agree with this diagnoses. She never spoke to my father due to my father's wife doing all the talking. She had my father's drivers license revoked. my father's wife paid he over $900.00. My father's wife just wants to commit my father and I believe Dr Shamseddine is helping her whether she is aware of this or not I am not sure. My concern is Dr Shamseddine has never spoken to my father privately and if she did she would be aware that my father's wife is a narcist and abusive towards my father. She is not concerned about my father's quality of life
