Poor service office does not provide quality care.
Long lobby wait, I waited in lobby for 30 minutes, Dr. Ahmed canceled at last minutes so I had to see the physician assistant. Once in the exam room, I waited for over a hour to see the PA and the PA entered the exam room with a terrible attitude and did not apologize for tardiness. The PA was rude and said I should reschedule to see another PA or doctor if I had a problem with the hour wait time. The medical assistants all have bad attitudes. They double book patients and run this place like a fast food restaurant and the patients have to wait for hours while the doctors and PA see the 13 other patients that have the same appointment time. I was shocked by the horrible service and poor bed side manner that I experienced and the lack of concern for my medical needs.

Dr. Ahmed is a caring physician. He listens and appreciate with his Medical Management. You have to be patient as he is a busy man.
