Very good doctor
Telehealth
He really pays attention and listens. He’s decisive and unafraid about making adjustments to my medication to find the right dosing. I’m so glad I came across Dr Elnagar after almost a year of ineffective treatment from another practice.

incompetent
Telehealth
I had an online appointment- he couldn't figure out how to use the program and then canceled my appointment after making me wait for 15 minutes. Totally, absolutely incompetent.
